Afterpay set out to build a tool to help people make the most of their money and manage their spending responsibly. Afterpay is a service that allows us to offer our customers the ability to make purchases now and pay for them in 4 small payments made every 2 weeks without any interest.

Installments by Afterpay allows you to purchase in four equal installments, due every 2 weeks. For example, if you purchase a business logo for $200, you pay 4 installments of $50 to Afterpay. There is no additional cost to use Installments by Afterpay as long as you pay on time. All of your payments are interest free and you will receive your order as soon as the design is created.

Afterpay will send payment reminders – communicating via SMS and email prior to payments becoming due. Installments by Afterpay helps customers pay on time. Installments by Afterpay benefits from customers paying off their orders in full and on time. Afterpay applies personal order and account limits – they start low and increase as repayment history with Afterpay is positive.

• First-time customer using Afterpay: the first installment needs to be paid at the time of purchase.
• Existing Afterpay customers:  (i.e. more than 6 weeks since your first purchase with Afterpay) only need to have funds available on the card at time of checkout, however the first payment won’t be deducted for 14 days.

If required to make your first payment at the time of purchase, the remaining three payments are deducted automatically every 2 weeks in equal installments from your selected payment method.

If you would like to make additional unscheduled payments before they are due, you may log in to Afterpay to make your payments early. Afterpay will then adjust the amount owed accordingly.

You can log in to your Afterpay account anytime to view your payment schedule or make a payment before the next due date.

Afterpay does not approve 100% of orders, that doesn’t mean you will be denied.

NEW AFTERPAY USERS:

• Afterpay wants to build trust with you, take it slow. Afterpay may limit you to smaller purchases at the start, then increase your buying power after 6 weeks of paying on time. If you’re using your debit card try starting under $400 – credit cards under $800 (not Guaranteed).

OTHER FACTORS:

• Are there sufficient funds on your card (generally they will look to see the first installment amount of the order value available to spend on the card you are using).
• Adding a credit card may increase your spending power (not a guarantee)
• Amount you have to repay, it may help to pay some off (not a guarantee)
• The value of the order you are trying to place, it may help to reduce the value of your shopping cart (not a guarantee)

Not at this time, you must use your service request once you place your order. Afterpay gives us a certain amount of time to design and deliver your final files. Example: If you purchase 5 flyers. You must send the info now for all 5 flyers so we can get started.

If you plan on using Afterpay for installments, you must order from our Quick Orders section of our website. If you have a custom order that is not listed please email us and we will send you a custom order link to checkout online.

1. Select your product from the  Quick Orders page. Enter in all your information, (send large files, photos, logo to our email). Then Add product to Cart.

2. View Cart or Checkout – Enter in your shipping details.

3. Select Afterpay as your payment, you will then be redirected to Afterpay for your Approval and payments.

Afterpay is only available to customers with a US billing address. Customers with international billing addresses will not be able to create an Afterpay account.

• If you’re new to Afterpay, make sure your purchase wasn’t’ too high. Remember to start slow and build trust with Afterpay. If you’re using your debit card try starting under $400 – credit cards under $800 (not Guaranteed).
• Your first payment amount must be available at the time of purchase – even if you have nothing to pay today. (Generally, they will look to see the first installment amount of the order value available to spend on the card you are using).
• Your Afterpay account has overdue payments owing
• The Afterpay risk management department has declined your payment
