Graphic Design Terms & Conditions
All work is 100% customized, every client project is uniquely different (you won’t see your competitors with the same design). We do not use templates, 90% of our work is digitally drawn so turn-around times may be slightly longer.
DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS
-No deposits under $500, full amount required. Work will not start until payment is paid in full.
-55% deposit over $500, work will not start until the deposit is paid in full. The remaining balance is due on the completion of the project.
-Payment plans are available over $1,500.
-Invoice(s) will be emailed or visit our website for a quick order: PayPal, Debit, Credit. CashApp: $BoldExpressions
TURN AROUND TIME (Rush Jobs available for an extra fee)
Starts after payment is received and all content is submitted to us. Depending on your design time can vary.
-Logos: 10-15 business days
-T-shirt Design: 3-5 business days
-Flyers: 2 Business Days
-Illustrations: 8-10 business days
-Other work: Will vary
DRAFTS & REVISIONS
-Logos: 2-3 versions in draft 1 will be created. After the chosen design you will receive the 3 drafts for free. $20 per draft for major changes only. Small revisions will be no charge.
-T-shirt Design: 4 versions in draft 1 will be created. After the chosen design you will receive the 3 drafts for free. $10 per draft for major changes only. Small revisions will be no charge.
-Flyers: 2 Business Days: 1 version in draft 1 will be created. After the chosen design you will receive the 2 drafts for free. $15 per draft for major changes only. Small revisions will be no charge.
-Illustrations: 2 versions in draft 1 will be created. After the chosen design you will receive the 3 drafts for free. $10 per draft for major changes only. Small revisions will be no charge.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Once graphic work is started there are no refunds. You can cancel your order within 24hrs (excludes flyers) and a full refund will be provided.

New Website Designs: 4-5 business weeks.
Re-design: 3-4 business weeks
DRAFTS & REVISIONS
Unlimited Drafts will be given until the website is perfect! After the website is completed and the remaining balance is paid. Charges may be applied if major changes are needed in the future. (View Contract).
Any alteration or deviation from the above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon approval with the Client. Work is expected to be completed to Client’s satisfaction. Extensions may be requested by Designer, and granted or denied by the Client. If the Client believe s that the Work is not yet satisfactory, the Client may extend the deadline and/or request revisions of the Work.
REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Once Work is started there are no refunds. Cancellations can be made within 24hrs; deposit will then be refunded back to Client. The Client shall not unreasonably withhold acceptance of, or payment for, the project. If, prior to completion of the project, the Client observes any non-conformance with the design plan, the Designer must be promptly notified, within 4 days of estimated “completion date” allowing for necessary corrections (see section Completion of Project). Rejection of the completed project or cancellation during its execution will result in forfeiture of deposit and the possible billing for all additional labor or expenses to date. All elements of the project must then be returned to the designer. Any usage by the Client of those Work elements will result in appropriate legal action. Client shall bear all costs, expenses, and reasonable attorney’s fees in any action brought to recover payment under this contract. In addition, after the estimated completion date when the full balance is paid and the design is submitted, the client forfeits any right to a refund for the balance.
Afterpay Terms & Conditions
If you are using Afterpay installments to purchase from our website, we are no longer in control of your payments, fees, or anything associated with Afterpay and their website. You will have to contact Afterpay, for all inquiries about your installments.
